Saturday shake n bake

Cooked with the boy last night then snuck up to the roof to check out the view! We made seasoned panko covered pork chops with a cream of mushroom/white wine sauce, mashed potatoes and veggies! So delicious and since we don't know how to cook for 2 I will have leftovers for the next 3 days. =)

 Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic/onion power and rosemary.
 Flour, egg, then panko.
 Pan fry til golden, bake in the oven til the pork chops are completely cooked.
 Drizzle cream of mushroom/white wine sauce or any other sauce you personality (BBQ, teriyaki, etc), plate your sides and...
 Bon appetit!
Oh and of course I had to make dessert.
